I only had one shot to try out this shop, so I went with the classic, and was not disappointed. Cheaper than I thought, better than I thought, and the employees were very kind and courteous.
I really enjoyed my cup of cappuccino with homemade chocolate cake at Arome espresso. The interior was very nice , it grabbed my attention and convinced me to enter and have a well deserved coffee and cake. Very popular for a reason.

Wonderful hot chocolate and coffee. The best we’ve had (and that’s saying something). We enjoyed it every day we were in Banos. They also have good desserts, too.
Perfect place to have a coffee and chocolate and relax for a moment. They have 2 cafés. I was on the one in Calle oriente y 12 de noviembre and lived it. Recommend it
Part coffee shop, part marketplace for Andes food and health products. We bought lots of herbs and teas. The coffee was diappointly bitter however.
This is really a nice place to have a coffee or chocolate. A great selection of good chocolate, tea and coffee. Herbs , cheese, all kind of nuts.
