The Night & Day is buffet dining a la minute at its finest. Chefs wait at their cooking stations to prepare fusion fare to order. The Asian station offers dim sum and Sushi, wok and Teppanyaki specialities, the grill station is where you'll go for Oriental and Tandoori items and the pasta and noodle station is just right for lighter bites.
