About

Romans and Greeks brought me into existence, tossing all the freshness of greens and vegetables into a bowl and garnishing me with an array of mouthwatering dressings. A meal so fulfilling and energizing that peasants and royals alike devoured me at every chance. As time passed, my existence prevailed. Salad became the sole definition of adding anything and everything from vegetables to proteins to carbohydrates and I would still qualify as a salad. But sadly, I am almost always presented as an ordever, an appetizer; a side dish usually fiddled with but never relied upon to fill a hungry stomach. A snack paving the way for the grand entrance of a main dish. To make things worse, weight conscientious humans celebrate me as their alpha meal. Employing my advantages to the fullest, losing extra pounds and gaining a pass to the elite healthy crowd. Being Queen of the diet land is not all that glamorous, really. A diet is perceived as a bleak concept where humans are deprived from the bountiful goods of life in pursuit of a better body. I am the queen of the boring side, shun by all those who seek energy. After all those years of suffering as the gloomy gang of greens, "Lettuceat" is taking me back to the good old days, giving me center stage. At Lettuceat, my versatility shines as tender cuts of chicken, duck and shrimps bounce on lofty seas of succulent lettuce where an array of cheeses, tinkling olives, blasting tomatoes, crunchy croutons, and nourishing nuts, all swim with an intriguing spectrum of fruits and vegetables in a generous bowl. An astounding bowl adorned with a unique mixture of exquisite twist and complementing your every meal is an exclusive assortment of freshly baked bread for you to choose from. I also share my throne at Lettuceat with a handful of authentic dips that you should never think twice before adding to your kitchen. Creating a range of signature exquisite recipes such as Foie de Volaille and flavorful Tomato Bruschetta, a dash of unexpected flavors that should not be missed. Letuceat; Your fresh, delish dish.
