Mazaj Restaurant was open in 2012 The Idea of "Mazaj" came up after several years of searching for a unique concept that combines and perfects the best of Arabian Cuisine. Our chefs traveled the world learning from many chefs and experiencing diverse cuisines: lebanese, Syrian, Turkish, Andalusian, Moroccan, Palestinian and of course Egyptian cuisine.
