Really great food, I recommend the salmon pasta and salads, don’t forget desserts great pistachio cre brûlée and the drinks are fantastic (mojito) ?staff really helpful and pretty!

Our tour group of 16 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. My quinoa salad was superb, as was my mushroom risotto. Dessert was delicious, as well.Chapters is located just outside Tallinn’s Old Town, but don’t let a short walk deter you from enjoying a delightful experience.
Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, good service. Reservations not necessary. Located near Radisson Blue Hotel.
