The restaurant from Selam's business group Hawassa is a training school for food preparation students Level 1 and 2. All the food is fresh and prepared with a lot of patience and love. There is a set 5-course lunch, change every day. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday!
