VILLD forages most of their ingredients from the Finnish nature, and turns them into unique flavors through traditional cooking methods such as smoking, fermenting, dehydrating and sprouting. The 5-course menu is restaurants main product. It changes through out the season and usually includes ingredients like spruce, lichen, edible flowers, wild berries and mushrooms. VILLD serves local beers / natural wines / self-made kombuchas, kefirs etc. If the restaurant is not completely packed, you're more than welcome to pop in for a drink or to taste couple of portions!VILLD serves also lunch (10,50) tue-fri from 11AM to 3 PM, Tapas portions all day long and Brunch (28) on saturdays from 11AM to 3 PM.
