Rimpsu is a new local food product. The crust made from rye flower and it is baked according to an old and traditional recipe from a local grandmother. The main ingredients are picked fresh - often by hand - in the nearby forests and we aim to use organic ingredients as much as possible simply because we think it tastes better. The excellent taste is also guaranteed by pure ingredients from the Finnish nature that are healthy and fresh. Rimpsu is served warm and you are able to choose gluten free version as well. Prepared for you this way, the products will make you and your belly happy. Now there is also sweet versions available. How does bilberry-vanilla mousse sound to you? The beauty of these products is that they go well with all kinds of combinations and drinks, no matter if it is hot or cold, strong or mild.
