About
The concept of A21 Dining is to play and pair ingredients and flavours together. We draw our inspiration from the Nordic nature and culture and transfer them into narrative flavour journeys. Since its launch in October 2010 A21 Dining has concentrated on developing modern approach to cocktail food pairing. Honouring the pure and clean natural ingredients both on a plate and in a glass. The menu is designed to be a flavour journey into Finnish nature through food and drinks. We get our inspiration from pictures, the beautiful and versatile seasons in Finland and paintings. Based on these, we have carefully crafted a seven course pairing menu that changes seasonally.Details

Absolutely gorgeous food. So delicious and beautiful that I have no enough words to describe. Dinner served as set of 7 fantastic creatures. As they say – it is better to see it once yourself, then ten times listen to someone’s story.
