Totally unique, quiet, (cool) atmosphere in heart of Helsinki. In basement of famous white church. Go to the backside of the church, Kirkkokatu. No flashing lights, have to find your way by yourself.
If you visit Helsinki during summer time, you need to pop by this unique café, at the cellar of the Helsinki Cathedral. The brick walls, music, and art create truly nice atmosphere. There is a good selection of sweet and savory treats, and nice staff.
You can feel nice old times when you are having a lunch and cup of coffee with a Finnish bakeries. Sometimes in crypt you can even see boy´s of Cantores Minores which is choir of Helsinki Cathedral. I also bought CD of Cantores Minores choir.
