Restaurant Demo is a Michelin Star restaurant that offers a daily menu from 4 to 7 course. Our kitchen is ever evolving and testing their limits while offering quality cuisine. The menu consists of seasonal ingredients, in which we source the best available produce, ensuring high quality. Like our chefs, our sommeliers work hard to perfectly match the wine with each course as well as building one of the best wine cellars in Finland.
