There is a charming little Caf Samovarbar in the Toy Museum, which has an outdoor terrace where you can watch ships that glide by. The Caf has home made delicacies such as Summer Bays Blueberry Cheese Pie or Commander Kovanko's Apple Pie with Vanilla Custard. The Samovarbar is in fact famous for its apple pie! The personnel of the museum have a passion for tea, which can be seen in the wide selection of good quality teas which are served ready brewed in a pot. Inside the Caf you can admire a collection of old russian Samovars. There are also barista coffees and good old hot chocolate - with whipped cream, naturally. The Toy Museum with its Caf Samovarbar is absolutely worth visiting. Tip: if you like to try our handmade cinnamon buns, come early. Because the buns are truly hand made in our kitchen, we bake them in the morning. It's not possible to make a new dough during the day, it takes too much time, buns are slow : )
