In this restaurants the star is the chef (who make delicious homemade pasta, a must), but first and foremost the producers of cheese - parmesan, ricotta - of hams - 24-month old San Daniele Ham, bresaola and mortadella - of olive oils and wines used to cook your dishes. To do so we travel around Italy and spotlight the best producers (we are far from the pieces of mozzarella we can purchase from wholesalers and you can feel it!).
