We only wanted a cup of tea but this was such a friendly place. The tea was excellent and hot water offered and accepted. The resident dog was lovely and happy to crash out on the decking outside.
We popped in here for lunch yesterday when nothing else was open during 1230-1400. They were friendly and helpful. We ordered the burger and fries with a side salad too, coffees afterwards. All delicious and served quickly.
Sat outside with the dog. Bowl of water straight away for the dog.Friendly staff,one spoke a little English to translate the menu. Gorgeous salad with cheese and honey .Reasonable priced food and very welcoming staff
Excellent service, friendly and efficient. Felt very welcome in this local pub. Good burgers. Try the burger with Epoisse!
A fairly authentic pub experience (with an electronic dartboard). Fish and chips was the day’s special, but there was also quiche lorraine, etc. There was even a delicious waffle with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. The beer was good, too.
