Pourquoi un monoproduit tel que le poisson ? « Parce que quand on est spécialiste de quelque chose, on se doit d'être bon ». La carte, assez épurée (à peu près sept poissons) a vocation à changer régulièrement. « Pour rester dans des prix raisonnables, on fera selon le cours du poisson. » Et justement, les poissons d'où viennent-ils ? « De l'Atlantique et de la Manche. This is a fish restaurant recommended by our hotel. It is small and it is necessary to book. The cuisine was excellent and the staff courteous and attentive. We would definitely return.
