Our Cuisine: The spirit of welcome has permeated the very essence of the Grand Hotel des Bains since its origin. As a family run hotel, we want our guests to feel really at home here. We like the good things in life, and we like to share them with our guests, and to make them happy. In our restaurants, we focus on fresh, local produce. The very best the sea has to offer is further enhanced by the talents of our chef, Michel NICOL, who has been with us for over 17 years. The Restaurant: In our spacious dining room, large windows flood the room with light. Everywhere you look is the stunning view of the sea and garden an indication of the good things to come. We believe high quality cuisine is a balance of simplicity, the freshness of the sea, locally produced ingredients that celebrate our pride in the richness Brittany has to offer. The menu changes daily with a choice of entres, main course and puddings. Each night we offer a different low calorie version.
