Nous proposons une cuisine d'ailleurs partir de produits locaux! Une carte? A quoi bon? Chaque jour, notre ardoise change, en fonction des rcoltes de nos petits producteurs et de l'humeur du moment. Au milieu de notre salle se tient un vivier, celui-ci abrite de magnifiques homards. Ces derniers sont eux aussi sujets la crativit, travaills avec originalit afin de sortir des "grands classiques du bord de mer".
