Nice atmosphere, fantastic surroundings at the beach, good food and positive and nice people working there. Since 15 years lunch at A Piaghja is a must when the family visit Corse
It is fairly standard food (grilled sword fish, salads) but the setting is lovely with pale drift wood decorations, greys and beige and facing the beautiful turquoise sea. No loud music, reasonable prices, friendly staff.
75 euro for 2, food above avg but nothing special. Location however makes it all worth while. Come for the sunset and a glass of white and you’ll be happy.
The location right on the beautiful Plage de Peru below Cargèse is unbeatable. Not so the menu, that includes a strange mix of plates that are neither Corsican nor French. Must have changed management since it was recommended in Rough Guide.
Good food, cold drinks, sand in my toes, nice view (spectacular sunset), the beach within reach.Also went to their Aug. 2 party – the beach and the company makes up for their abysmal choices in music.Still, great place!
