We are a family run business since 2014, specialising in local Corsican cuisine and wine and specialising in authentic Thai cuisine. We have two chefs, David who manages our fresh and local Corsican cuisine and wine selections in addition to cooking our delicious woodfire pizzas. His wife, Ning who as a native Thailandise creates her wonderful Thai dishes with flavour infusion and home-style zest! David's mother Marie-th greets you at the bar and creates many of our desserts with her homemade recipes! All our cuisine is local, fresh and homemade with passion and creativity. We have two charming waitresses who speak fluent English, French, Spanish and Portuguese - they're currently learning some Thai to add to the language list! Everyone is welcome here at Chez Mimino.
