Owner s and family owns several place around very profesional extremly cute restaurant fantastic Corsican specialty, they have a nice little courtyard in the back. I had the fresh brucciu for desert.
Small excellent local (primarily meat) family run restaurant in the village of Cauro. Absolute must to visit! Rather simple decor but nice home-style food. Booking essential.

Serious food, beautiful presentation! Very good place to meet your friends in an authentic Corsican ambiance. The service was fast en adequate. When I visit Corisica the next time it is a must to visit this place again. Not once, but several times.
nice ambiance, excellent food in a typical Corsican setting. The dishes are simple and tasty, service is very attentive (by the owner himself) and good choice of local wines.
