We had a wonderful and very hearty three course lunch here and truly enjoyed it. We had two wild boar dishes and they didn’t disappoint 🙂
Decorated as a country farmhouse, Auberge du Sanglier offers a variety of local game dishes. The rack of lamb was a standout. Service was pleasant. As many places in Corsica, there is little English but still kind efforts to understand our fractured French.
Good choice of fish, meat and pasta dishes. Sanglier Lasagna and Civet de Sanglier were particularly good. Setting sun can get in your eyes if your table is on that side, but the views are better.
Arrived there to order drinks. After 5 minutes nobody came to serve us although the place was empty.
