Restaurant was recommended by my hotel .Awful wine it wasn’t cheap but tasted like it was .I had chicken which was battered ! Tiny over cooked chips and a waitress who couldn’t smile . Altogether bad experience.
We had a very nice experience here. The food was very good, our waiter was helpful and fun in a French sort of way. The atmosphere is comfortable. We had some good white wine.
I’ve had steak tartare, which was mixed with celery and other „different“ bits. Maybe I was used to classical kind, but it was still good. Service pleasant as were the surroundings. Quite busy, so booking might be worthwhile. Would go back.
A really welcome dinner consisting of some classics where the duck foie gras was really nice as was the gazpacho. The 200 g tartare which was without egg and capers came across fresh but not as tasteful as we had hoped. We will be back
