The restaurant Santa Elena is Gustavo and Maria-Laura's big project ! After more than two years of work,it finally opens! Here you can taste the specialities of the chef Gustavo. Whole of Latin Amrica is in the plates, starting from Argentina, his homeland, but also from Peru, Chile, Mexico and others to offer courses which illustrate the cuisine "Nuevo Latino".
