Located on the most well-known wine village of the Ctes de TOUL AOC, called BRULEY, the restaurant AU CAVEAU oppened on May 2016 in this wonderfull and pretty village, that is the beginning of eyes pleasure. The gustatory approach is only on one idea : French fresh products for making an 100% handmade cook (handmade cook - It's not just open a bottle and put it on a oven). Whitout forget to use Lorraine meats, mushrooms,(ect...) and choose the seasonal fruits and vegetables. However, the sea products, comes fresh from "Le March de RUNGIS". In our restaurant, you'll find each wine of the village and also a kind of Lorraine cooling. After all, for the menu : It is a new proposition imagined and changed 3 times a week... The definition about guideline of the kitchen it is that : Every moment is precious and ephemeral, each menu that we imagine is like the same. Just make for this day and the moment you'll spend at one of our table. Booking for groups is possible and for events...
