This is a typical French brasserie – good food and service. And, being in the Champagne region, it has to be accompanied by a glass of Champagne.
This restaurant feels a little time warped but the food we ate was good. A home made terrine with traditional cornichons, mussels in a creamy tomato broth with shallots and an escalope with mushrooms. Plus of course a glass of champagne
Very normal French brasserie with good food served well at a reasonable price. Do not be put off by the slightly long start to the service, it gets better as the meal progresses, anyway why be in a hurry? Take time and enjoy the food.
