La Charrette Crole is a restaurant of Creoles specialities, located in the center of Troyes. We prepare 3 or typical dishes everyday : 1 fish and the famous Rougail saussage. We also propose some appetisers and a large choice of cocktails and settled rums. Service on the spot or take away.
