Our food is grown on our oranic farm or sourced locally by the best producers of the region. Everything is prepared "a la minute." We strive for the ideal of French cooking: great ingredients and intense healthy tastes. Creation is divine. Restraint is better. Our lunch menu (entre, main course and dessert) changes every day. We reduce choices to provide thoughtful and creative cuisine, incredible value at 22 euros. Dinner is "a la carte" with the option of a daily, chef's surprise menu at 32 euros three courses. This menu is available only if the entire table chooses it.
