Fresh market cuisine made by Chef Alexandre Haudenschild and his brigade. A card that gives pride of place to seasonal products and is mainly purchased from local producers with unique know-how. All our dishes, emblematic of French gastronomy, original creations or traditional Alsatian recipes revisited can be accompanied by the palette of beautiful bottles offered in our wine list. After-work (Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm) with sausage boards, tapas or revisited flamb tarts.
