Our restaurant just open 3 months ago . We were restaurateurs for many years in the Grenadines islands for couple decades.Our fusion is our couple been Caribbean and French . You will find the fusion in our dishes, a la carte , or in our '' Mets '' of course. Our fusion cooking utilise the freshest products available in Marie-Galante, like fishes ,sea- food ,meat and vegetables. Our cuisine offer the freshest from the local fishing for the greatest pleasure of our customers. The executive chef '' Eleen '' prepare many different dishes like Tartar, Carpaccio, Seared fishes from the island. Equally she use ancestral recipes from her grand mother in Trinidad and Tobago where she grow up ,like Crabe Farcie, Conch Gratin as well as lovely curries and surf & turf , additionally her roasted breadfruit in fire camp site . We are located on the Eastern side of MG in the middle of the sugarcane fields for the pleasure of a rural timeout in the small village of TACY north of Capesterre de MG.
