After visiting Uzbekistan some years ago, I’ve longing for some good plov in Paris, which I found in Boukhara. I’d not the same as in Taskhent, but still very reasonable.
This is quite a different food option. The decor was enchanting; the service was very good; and the food was marvellous. The price was very competitive and we had some good beers to round off a very tasty meal.
It is a very good place which offers Uzbek and Central Asian dishes in Paris. The food is a bit adapted for European taste, but almost everything represents well the traditional cuisine of Central Asia.
A very interesting new cuisine to discover in this tiny restaurant.Nothing luxurious, maybe a little expensive, but the cooking is perfect and the cuisine is surprising!
