We are a family team. Most of our ingrediants ar organic and everything is prepared from fresh ingrediants on the day. We have three different nationalities...English, French and Tunisian so our cuisine is a mix of these cultures. Our couscous has seven delicious vegetables! Our hamburger bread and cheddar are organic. We make great cheesecake and crumbles.
