The Bar Buck is built around a lava stone barbecue. It's the heart of the restaurant. The guests cook themselves brochettes of marinated meat: garlic & lemon ostrich, mustard beef, honey & beer pork, spicy chicken, as well as all kinds of sausages (Smoked, Toulouse, Chorizo...)
