Lanzhou ramen is a specialty of the nomads of northwestern China, when they welcomed the distinguished guests. Dating back over 160 years, the first Lanzhou beef noodle shop (YUE YANG LOU) was founded in the Qing Dynasty, supply specially officials ans wealthy. Authentic Lanzhou beef noodles were invented by Ma Baozi, of ethnic Hui in 1915: the smell of incense, and everybody loves his beef noodle soup, he highlighted a word: clear.
