Grenade & Basilic is a restaurant in a charming little picturesque street in the heart of the city, in a charming house dating back to the 1900s. Michel, the chief owner, offers a Mediterranean cuisine, mixed with local flavours. He used his talents in major gastronomic establishments in France and Canada before moving to Martinique. Her experience translates into creativity on the plate and subtle flavours. Creole specialities are revisited and sublimated: lobster from the fish tank, lamb fricassee and coconut sea bream are to be discovered.
