The Restaurant is located at 1643 Carbet, a small village at the edge of the sea. It is one of the oldest houses on the island of Martinique, in a large park in the shade of trees. Christine, the owner, and Karine welcome you in a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Our Chefs are you a young and creative kitchen, cuisine with Creole accents and flavors. The 1643 Restaurant offers a shaded terrace, covered, ventilated, facing the garden, for lunch or traditional dinner with family, friends, head-to-head. Flowers, colorful tablecloths and table runners are the restaurant's decor. In the evening a more intimate and romantic atmosphere is offered, with candles on the tables. The framework encourages relaxation and take time to savor the tasty dishes proposed by Alain. The service is fast and professional. The restaurant has a capacity of 40 seats.
