About
As for the restaurant, we remain faithful to the spirit... A place where you feel at ease, with a menu elaborated to satisfy every taste whether you are on the island for the day, hotel guests or regular customers. Depending on your mood or time of day, you can choose to have lunch inside the restaurant or outside on the large terrace facing the entrance of the small harbour of Saint-martin-de-R. The food is savory and simple, elaborated from fresh seasonal products. A choice of fish depending on the days catch. As you read the menu, you realize that everything is elaborated to satisfy your taste buds: - Toasted goats cheese on gingerbread with salad, - Traditional Sole Meunire, - Moules Marinires with french fries - Panna Cotta with Spculoos and red berries, - Tatin style crpe with a homemade Fleur de Sel caramel.Details

Restaurant full of locals which is always a good sign. Delicious food all round. Good value, polite and swift service. A nice little wine list too. Should be higher up in TA’s ratings.

With many cafes to choose from on the Harbour parade this one’s service was exceptional each time we visited. Understandably popular.Their restaurant service not so fast or friendly.
The place was quite busy which is normally a good sign.We had a good waitress and service was fast menu wasn’t too long and the crepes were simple but tasty.
The view is terrific but the crepes that my wife and her sister ordered were a bit too salty. The view was nice and my draft beer was nice and cold.
Stopped here for a light evening meal after all the meals we had eaten on this trip. Just a Galette and a Crepe and drinks. Good value for the location, right on the waterfront in the middle of St Martin de Ré. Good service also?
