We began in 2011 with an American Bakery/Coffee Shop inside the Biarritz food market, which we sold in February 2017. In 2013 we opened a large downtown location at 2 rue de Helder in Biarritz. That is our only location now. We serve a full American breakfast everyday, including Pancakes, Bacon and Eggs, Breakfast sandwiches, Eggs Benedict but also Acai Power Bowls and Bircher Muesli both with fresh fruit and homemade granola. We have excellent 100% Arabica coffee and do all the different types of coffee drinks Breakfast is from 9:00-11:30 daily. Lunch starts at 12 noon and goes until 15:00. We have a large menu of all fresh homemade items. We have classic American food like burgers and pulled pork but also a good amount of choice for the health conscious, Salads, bowl food, including some vegetarian choices as well as our vegan Buddha Bowl. We also offer a large choice of Fresh fruit and vegetable juices made per order. We do a big Brunch from mid Sept through May every Sunday from 10-15. In summer we are open 7/7 from 9-5, the rest of the year 9:00am-6:30pm and then we close on Mondays. We are also quite well known as an American Bakery because that's how we started out! Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Banana Breads, Cupcakes, Pies, Lemon shortbread, 8 different kinds of cookies, Brownies, Banoffee, muffins, etc...we have it all! And everything, absolutely everything, both sweet and savoury is all homemade onsite!
