We are restaurant base on natural and local product that work with small producers. So in fact there is no fix menu but more a selection of dish every service for one person or also for share. Our selection got fish dish cooked on plancha from St Jean Fisher, meat on fire from local farmer and also every time large selection of vegetarians and vegan dish. We also got wine cellar witch is wine from South of France and made by organics and biodynamique winemaker We work on open kitchen witch is allow to see how we prepare food.
