Ideally located in the center of Creon is under the arcades of the market place that the barrels La Cabane Oyster are available for tasting . We feel the joy of life and the taste of good product as and as we approach this oyster bar and wine. The owner, Louise Expert , chose the beautiful oysters Basin and Marennes d'Oleron . The winery is in turn composed of local wines , agreeing perfectly with the dishes you have chosen . On or off the premises , oysters are open before your eyes and are eaten with bread made by a local bakery.
