About

We make our pizza dough on site. For more taste and lightness, we make it rest at least 48 hours. Our cooking is on a wood fire for a gourmet result! We cook our own sauces: tomato, pepper, persillade, marinade and spicy oil as well as our vegetables, the farm chicken ... Every month, we make one or more pizzas of the month depending on the season.
