French Modern Bistrot. Here we only use products from small farmers & producers in a circle of 250km around the restaurant. We are locavore, it means that we change our menu every time it's necessary to respect seasonality and environment. In Belle Campagne you'll eat your tomatoes in August and the black pepper is replaced by the famous basque chilli, le piment d'Espelette. Our producers are carefully selected and with them we create our menu according to the seasons and the availability of products. Feel free to ask questions, we love to share. Enjoy your meal !! We work directly with more than ninety small local producers throughout the year. All fresh products are transformed in our kitchens. We were here twice in three days during our stay in Bordeaux. Warm, friendly service,ambiance and decor lovely. Plenty of choice and the food was delicious especially the duck and the hake. Highly recommend – but you must book ahead!
