Good choise of menus, interesting price, very fast served.The food was delicious. Parking available, indoor and outdoor seating, nice location.
We went on a Sunday-several other family groups there too.Plenty of space inside on the terrace.Near the river Charente and the campsite,set menus at 16 and 21 euros,plus varied choice à la carte(tricky adding starters for this option,though dessert card available)Also pizzas and childrens’ menu.
This restaurant is clearly not top end. They’re also not trying to be. It’s a place to get good food, nice service and a relaxed environment. We’ll certainly be coming back here in the future.
A phone call from Caroline at Hotel Ligaro got them to accommodate our need for a 2 o’clock feeding. We are having trouble adjusting our American hunger to the French clock. But, they served us a couple of nice salads that really hit the spot.
