This is a wonderful restaurant in Espelette where you can enjoy regional cuisine. We tried the blood sausage and enjoyed the veal stew with oven roasted potatoes. Tasted the delightful pigment d’Espelette. All enjoyed with basque wine.
Chose this restaurant at random,food was excellent, service was excellent – I have adequate French but our waiter had better English. Seat inside or out – your choice.Hope to be back in the area again and will definitely use this restaurant again.
It’s third time on our 2nd vacation in pays de basque that we are eating here.The food is excellent and the staff friendly.Prices are reasonable and a lot of choice in the menu
