The Chef proposes you a local cooking with fresh products, with short sectors, security of freshness and quality. You will find traditional recipes around grandmothers' dishes, modern and revisited, cookings mastered in just seasonings, the Basque gastronomy evolves between earth and sea in the CHILHAR. A warm frame in the bright and colored dining room from where gets free a friendly atmosphere carried by a contemporary decoration. Outside typical Lorio of the Basque architecture to have a drink around boards of delicatessen to be shared and other local delicacies. Finally the charms of Chilhar is its garden situated behind the house lined by its stony wall by top which we perceive mountains and surrounding nature.Details

we were staying in the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try. The food was excellent, well-prepared and nicely presented. For a small operation there was a good choice of dishes and a nice selection of wines. Service was excellent. We will return.
