Founded in 1992, Crescendo opens its first restaurant in Arcachon, Gironde. The concept is still in its infancy: located in a shopping center with an original design, it is a revamped restaurant in the US. Gone are the long rail, the "free flow" that installs, that is to say, a path to the client's choice. The major advantage is the will from the beginning of quality: cooked food on site by the team, and mainly from fresh, seasonal ingredients . Today the group has 65 restaurants throughout France. The last restaurant is one of Saint-Gaudens in the southwest of France, opened in March 2015.
