Great restaurant. The view is awesome and the cooking very subtile, delicate. You should make a reservation.
Poor service, the waiters were rude. Only one waiter named Emmanuelle was polite and easy going. We have been there 2 years ago. Since that time the food starts to be less delicious and less gastronomic. It is not Michelin restaraunt.
The Moulin Abbaye has 3 restaurants. We ate in each and were pleased with all meals. This is the classy one in the hotel proper. Service is excellent and the food was well prepared and presented and a wide range of menu options were offered.
