Our chef David Charrier, co-author during four years of the menu of a famous two-star restaurant in Carantec, has found happiness in the vineyard of Troplong Mondot. He creates a gastronomic cuisine that showcases our wines, our "terroir" and his passion. With the products from our henhouse, the orchard and the vegetable garden he lets his creativity surprise and amaze you. Every day, both lunch and dinner are served in our restaurant situated next to the cellar. In these refined and luxurious surroundings, 40 covers are set up around the huge fireplace. As soon as it gets warmer, you can enjoy a privileged gourmet moment on our terrace overlooking the vines and the Dordogne valley. In 2016 our chef David Charrier obtains his first Michelin star.
