We used the restaurant twice on our visit, it was very functional and clean, defiantly go back if required to visit Bordeaux again!
Bistrot 14 is the onsite restaurant for Holiday Inn Bordeaux – Sud Pessac. We had breakfast here on the morning of March 11. The service was good; the food was the standard IHG breakfast menu. There is also outside seating available during better weather.
We had a reasonable meal from their set menu, it was good quality nothing special but adequate. We used it as we did not want to go out and find anything.
This restaurant is unlike any other Holiday Inn restaurant in which we’ve ever eaten! Then again, it’s France!
