The Casino offers an excellent breakfast for 5.40 euro. Tea or coffee, fruit juice with bread, jam and pastries. Excellent service. I have not tried the lunches or dinners but the restaurant was busy.
This is an excellent cafe/restaurant on the beach at Royan. Our Lunch was good and well served. The decor is modern and tasteful. And the coffee was strong and black! And then we had a stroll on the beach.
As a mature couple we were asked for our passports or else we couldn’t enter for lunch. Showed them our driving licences with photos on them but no good. Lunched elsewhere!
