First night, we had carne de veau – massive, MASSIVE cuts, cooked so tender and mouth-watering with croquottes (?) gently flavoured – succulent. Next time we had duck in a sweet sauce (NOT a l’orange) – again fantastically well cooked. An absolute treat!

Visited l’ Ardoise for the first time today. We had an excellent meal, with friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will be back very soon. Paul
We were welcomed warmly, even the Chef came to explain one dish to us, excellent food and even a little surprise with our coffees! We will certainly be back soon.
